SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement is entered into by and between Inka Productions S.A.C, a legally established company with its headquarters at Av. Padre Urraca 121, CND. Parques de la Huaca - sta etapa - torre 10, CEP 603, Lima, Peru, registered under RUC number 20609408791, hereinafter referred to as Inka Productions, and the individual or legal entity identified in the Electronic Registration by their Subscriber Code, hereinafter referred to as the SUBSCRIBER.

1. PURPOSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement between Inka Productions and the SUBSCRIBER (Contracting Party) for access to the subscription services offered on the website www.latinasfans.com (“Products/Services”), through the digital platform.

1.1 The information is available to the SUBSCRIBER on the website www.latinasfans.com.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CODE

Inka Productions will provide the SUBSCRIBER with a “Subscriber Code” for identification of the SUBSCRIBER with the Customer Service, which will be a personal and non-transferable code. The SUBSCRIBER can find it after confirming their order and when accessing the Products/Services. [Recommended in accordance with good consumer protection practices].

3. DELIVERY

Access to the Products/Services will begin immediately after payment confirmation and activation of the subscription.

3.1. To ensure the start of access to the Products/Services, the SUBSCRIBER must provide complete registration details:

• a) Full name;
• b) Valid email address;
• c) Payment details;
• d) Other information necessary for the service subscription.

4. SUBSCRIPTION, PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS

The subscription by the SUBSCRIBER must be made through the website www.latinasfans.com, where all available Subscription Plans and their specific conditions will be listed.

4.1. The SUBSCRIBER must choose the Subscription Plan they wish to subscribe to, and it is understood that the specific conditions (Values, Terms, Payment Conditions, etc.) listed on the website will become an integral and inseparable part of this agreement.

4.2. The SUBSCRIBER expressly declares and guarantees, for all legal purposes: (I) having the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to use the Product/Service; (II) acknowledging that this agreement is formalized and binding upon the parties with the contractual confirmation, which will be done by clicking on the designated space on the website www.latinasfans.com.

4.3. As consideration for the subject matter of this contract, the SUBSCRIBER shall pay Inka Productions the amount corresponding to the subscribed Plan, as selected at the time of purchase and valid at the time of purchase.

4.4. The payment method will be chosen by the SUBSCRIBER among those available on the website for the selected Plan, which will also include the billing frequency and any applicable penalties.

5. DATABASE

The SUBSCRIBER acknowledges that, upon subscribing to a Product/Service, they become part of the Inka Productions database, through which they may receive information from Inka Productions and other reputable companies with which it has a relationship. If the SUBSCRIBER does not wish to receive such information, they have the right to object by notifying the Customer Service.

5.1. The confidentiality and security of the SUBSCRIBER'S registration data are ensured by Inka Productions. All information is stored under strict security criteria in the Inka Productions database and is handled in accordance with applicable legislation. Under no circumstances will personal information be provided to third parties unrelated to the provision of the services covered by this agreement, except for generic data used for direct mail, email, newsletters, and only if authorized by the SUBSCRIBER.

6. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Inka Productions provides the SUBSCRIBER with Customer Service and makes the following contact channels available:

• c) Address: Av. Padre Urraca 121, CND. Parques de la Huaca - sta etapa - torre 10, CEP 603, Lima, Peru
• d) Operating hours: Every day, from 08:00 to 18:00 (Peru time).

7. TERM

This agreement is entered into for a term of weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, according to the subscription profile chosen by the SUBSCRIBER on the website www.latinasfans.com, and will be renewed for equal periods through facilitated renewal, as provided in the next section.

8. RENEWAL PROCEDURE

Inka Productions adopts a programmed renewal procedure for the subscription, directed exclusively to the SUBSCRIBER, ensuring ease and speed in renewal.

8.1. At least 30 days before the end of the subscription, Inka Productions will send the SUBSCRIBER communications to remind them of the possibility of renewal, which will include all information related to the new contractual term, which can only be renewed upon confirmation by the SUBSCRIBER.

8.2. If the SUBSCRIBER does not wish to renew their subscription, they can simply access their subscribed profile and cancel.

9. CANCELLATION

Inka Productions ensures that the SUBSCRIBER may cancel this agreement at any time, with prior notice through the website www.latinasfans.com, and a proportional refund for unused Products/Services, if applicable.

10. TERMINATION

The subscription may be canceled, and this agreement terminated in the event of a contractual breach, if the breaching party does not correct the default after notification.

10.1. If the SUBSCRIBER fails to pay the due amount within the stipulated period after notification by Inka Productions, this agreement may be terminated with immediate suspension of access to the Products/Services.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any changes that result in financial burden to the SUBSCRIBER will be made with prior notice, and the SUBSCRIBER may express their agreement, renegotiate such changes, or either party may terminate the agreement if no agreement is reached.

12. JURISDICTION

The SUBSCRIBER is guaranteed the right to, if necessary, resort to the jurisdiction of their place of residence for any doubts or issues arising from this agreement.
